Bill Dennis has been a practicing attorney over ten years. Bill focuses his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Asset Protection Planning and Probate and Estate Administration. Bill conducts public and private workshops on a variety of subjects relating to Estate Planning and Elder Law Issues.

Bill received his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School, in Chicago, Illinois and his Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas Newman College in Wichita, Kansas. Bill is an active member of the, National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, Medicaid Practice Systems, the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association. (Estate Planning and Probate Committee, Health Law Committee and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee)./

The National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys is a national organization dedicated to educate and support estate planning attorneys who desire to provide their clientele with ongoing counseling and service so that estate plans will reflect individual and family goals while allowing clients the opportunity to pass on their wisdom as part of their wealth.

Medicaid Practice Systems is a national organization dedicated to educate and support estate, Medicaid and asset protection planning attorneys who desire to provide their clientele with asset protection and Medicaid qualification options so that their assets are not lost to creditors and/or nursing homes.

Bill was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago where he continues to reside with his wife, Cheryl, their daughter Taylor and four-legged daughter, Madison.
